BE LABS, Inc. was incorporated in New York, in October of 1999 by Tuvia Eiger and Uriel Berchin, to develop the invention of a very wide band wireless, multimedia distribution system intended for within-the-home use.

As of May 1999, both Tuvia and Uriel decided to devote themselves exclusively to pursue the development of this system on a full time basis. In October 1999, convinced of the market size, migration direction and the maturity of the design, BE LABS, Inc. was founded.

Since BE LABS inception, the two founders have dedicated their time and resources to the WMS project. In the process, they have established a unique high tech research and development firm with the goal of developing high-tech systems for the consumer market.
